FAQ

When do you use a TimerBypass?

Not meant to be with every softener installation.  A TimerBypass is only needed when running hardlines to rear sprinklers are impossible or labor and materials exceed the price of the TimerBypass.

Is it easy to install?

MIP threads using flex lines to connecting to your copper is best like you would water heater.  The TimerBypass uses only 12v and comes with 33' of line so a power outlet does not have to be close.

Why are they so expensive?

Yes we know, we're always working on getting the price lower.  Lead free, NSF approved automatic valves are pricy is the majority of cost.

Here's how to decide when to use a TimerBypass.

1) If the hardline to rear labor and materials exceeds the cost of a TimerBypass then it make sense to use a TimerBypass.

2) The cost of using potassium chloride over a short amount of time exceeds the installation cost of a Timerbypass.
